Beautician Training Programme
Programme Overview
The Beautician Training Programme was successfully conducted in Vikasnagar with the objective of equipping women with professional beauty and wellness skills. The programme was designed to promote self-employment, entrepreneurship, and financial independence by providing high-quality vocational training. Each training batch consisted of 20 participants and was conducted over a period of 120 days under the guidance of experienced and certified trainers.
Training Modules
The training curriculum combined theoretical knowledge with extensive practical sessions to ensure industry-relevant skill development. The major training modules included:
• Skin Care and Facial Treatments
• Hair Care and Hair Styling Techniques
• Professional Makeup Application
• Hand and Foot Care (Manicure & Pedicure)
• Hair Removal and Personal Grooming
• Client Communication and Customer Service
• Beauty Salon Management and Entrepreneurship
• Home Salon Setup, Business Planning, Budgeting, and Product Sourcing
Key Outcomes
• Successfully trained 20 participants with professional vocational skills in beauty and wellness.
• Enhanced employment opportunities and promoted self-employment among women.
• Encouraged women to establish home-based beauty salons and micro-enterprises.
